The importance of agglomeration cannot be overstated in any integrated steel plant. Within agglomeration, sintering plays a key role in controlling the cost efficiency, productivity and sustainability in any plant. Our company has a unique team of experts in sintering, all of whom are experienced 30-40 years in this field alone. This team, played a dedicated and pivotal role in achieving the benchmark level of efficiency at various units of Tata Steel sinter plants. The level of involvement is not only in day to day plant operation, field experience, but a deep knowledge and skill accumulated in the theoretical and R&D activities as well.
